| This Massive Louis XIV Style Marble Fireplace Mantel is in Excellent Overall Condition, France, c.1850. This elegantly carved marble fireplace mantel was removed from a chateau in Crissey, in the Franche-Comté Region of Eastern France. The mantel is made of red marble from Burgundy, France and black marble from Belgium. Weight is estimated at 2,500 – 3,000 pounds.
