This Incredible Large Combination Safe, Chubb & Sons, London is in Excellent Condition, London, c. 1890-1892. The Chubb company was started in England in 1818 and patented many locks and safes for leading financial institutions such as the Bank of England. This rare double door model is opened by combination to reveal it’s spacious interior with two drawers and extensions for two shelves. Restored; on later base.
